Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after processing:

• United States: 7–15 business days

• International: 14–30 business days

Delivery times may vary due to high order volume, customs delays, or carrier conditions outside our control.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking info to update after you receive it.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, email us at sweetsquishyss@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
