Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days within the US and 14–30 business days internationally.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking info to update after receiving it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at bryce.snoww@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Email us at bryce.snoww@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry! Send us a photo of the damage at bryce.snoww@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Are your squishys safe?

Yes! Our squishys are made from non-toxic, soft slow-rise foam. They are suitable for children and adults alike. As with all small toys, we recommend supervision for children under 3.

How slow is the slow-rise?

Most of our squishys take 3–10 seconds to fully rise back to shape after squeezing — perfect for that satisfying, stress-relieving experience.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We do our best to restock popular items. Follow us on social media or sign up for our emails to be the first to know when something drops back in stock.
